I'm Russell
I’m the Co-owner and Creative Director/Drone Pilot at Blu Dot.
As a kid, I always wanted to build things, make stuff, create something-well it turns out that’s a lot of what a Creative Director does. I’m also pretty good at flying drones so add that to the list.
On set, I’ll be making sure everything is on brand, the dude that will ask you interview questions, and the guy flying the drone.

I’m the Co-owner and Cinematographer/Editor at Blu Dot Productions.
I’ve always been interested in the “camera-world” but never really thought I’d pursue it like we are today. My parents gave me a GoPro one birthday and my small-time interest quickly developed into a big passion for creating videos.
On set, i’ll be the dude behind the cameras.
Where did we get our name?
“Blu Dot,” is an homage to astronomer Carl Sagan, author of the book, “Pale Blue Dot.”
“Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives.”-Carl Sagan
This quote speaks for itself. We are all on on this blue dot together. Let’s use this opportunity to create something special.
